A-Team Intern

Purpose:
The A-Team at Passion Church is the backbone of Sunday operations, ensuring all logistical needs are met to create a welcoming and well-prepared environment. The A-Team handles vital tasks such as taking headcounts, monitoring inventory for snacks, coffee, and water, and, in time, managing the secure tithe and offering count and bank deposit. This role supports the church’s mission by ensuring smooth, well-organized Sunday services.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, administration, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Trustworthy and discreet, especially when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with other Dream Team members and church leadership.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Headcount and Attendance:
    • Accurately record attendee headcount during each Sunday service.
    • Report attendance numbers to Executive Admin by end of day Sunday.
  • Inventory Monitoring:
    • Check inventory levels for snacks, coffee, and water before, during, and after each service.
    • Coordinate restocking needs with designated team members, preparing and submitting a restocking list as necessary.
  • Tithe and Offering Management (Future Responsibility):
    • Collect, count, and prepare tithe and offerings for deposit, ensuring secure handling and accuracy.
    • Follow all protocols for bank deposit preparation and make deposits as directed by church leadership.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other Dream Team members and leaders to ensure a consistent and welcoming environment at Passion HQ.
  • Support other church ministries with logistical and administrative tasks as needed, especially during high-attendance events.
  • Maintain organized supply and storage areas for easy access and inventory management.
