  • We manage Heaven’s resources for the Father’s business. The heart’s cry of a good steward is, “It will never be mine; it will always be Yours!” We choose stewardship over ownership or employment mentality. Matthew 25:14-30, 1 Kings 3:16-28, Psalms 24:1

    Exodus 18:13-26, James 4:10, Psalm 25:9

  • We believe healthy feedback is a 2-way street. We welcome opportunities to hear what is in your heart, and we commit to clarifying what is in ours.

Leadership Standards

  • Accessing God's presence is uniquely personal and achievable solely through Jesus Christ. We guide individuals in finding their unique path to connect with God, emphasizing the importance of immersing themselves in His presence every day.

    Matthew 6:7-15, Proverbs 8:34, John 15:4, 1 Samuel 3:10

  • Forgiveness is essential for spiritual growth and is a direct reflection of Jesus' nature within us. To withhold forgiveness is to halt our spiritual journey.

  • Observing the Sabbath is a sacred commitment to rest, rejuvenation and a reminder of God’s sovereignty. We dedicate one day each week as holy, embracing the restorative gift it brings.

    Hebrews 4:9, Exodus 20:8, Isaiah 56:2, Ezekiel 20:12, Mark 3:1-6

  • Tithing is an act of worship, honoring God with the first and our best. It is with a joyful heart that we return back to the Lord what is His, acknowledging His provision in our lives.

    Malachi 3:8-10, Matthew 23:23-24

  • Unity, especially when aligned with the Holy Spirit, attracts God's favor. Our aim is to cultivate a community in perfect harmony with the Spirit, understanding the pleasure this brings to the Lord.

    Psalm 133, Ephesians 4:2-6

Our DNA

  • We believe in the power and presence of God. We do not rally around any person or ministry; we focus on Jesus and the move of the Holy Spirit.

  • We grow not just for ourselves but to teach others how it looks to be with Jesus, have the mind of Jesus and do what Jesus commands.

  • We believe that God has given initiatives that reach beyond the walls of our church. Our heart is to support, cover and birth the initiatives that God has entrusted to members of this house through relationship and a heart posture of submission.

  • Transition is normal but they don’t have to be unhealthy. God may call you to leave Passion Church to birth something He has placed in you, or you’re being led to build at another church, we want to be a part of your journey. Unhealthy transitions are very difficult to bless and often leaves room for demonic influence. We embrace healthy transitions!
