Sunday Experience Coordinator
Purpose:
The Sunday Experience Coordinator ensures that all logistical and operational elements of the Sunday service run smoothly, creating a welcoming and impactful experience for attendees. This role coordinates volunteers, hospitality teams, and technical teams to ensure that the service environment reflects the church's mission and values.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
Previous experience in event or service coordination, preferably within a church setting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with sound, lighting, and media systems used in worship services.
Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating volunteers and team members.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Oversee the setup, teardown, and logistical elements of Sunday services.
Coordinate with hospitality, media, and volunteer teams to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are prepared and functioning before the service begins.
Maintain open communication with the Worship Pastor and other leaders to ensure service needs are met.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with special events that require coordination of volunteers and logistical support.
Collaborate with other ministries to ensure consistency in the Sunday experience for all attendees.
